The process below to get your truck to solo is annoying, but once you get there, it isn’t so bad (highly recommended for new drivers only). The pay is starter pay, but my time here hasn’t been too bad, and my driver manager is actually decent.

During my time at Western Express Pvt Ltd, Delhi, I was very content. Accounts and Finance Department, the Territory Manager, and the Operations Manager are in charge of the branch’s operations. The above 3 departments should each submit an independent report to HO, who handles overall management. Even though we are under a lot of pressure and have a lot of responsibilities, working for Western Express is a great experience.
Friendly Environment
Along with assisting customers with their purchases, I would assist with fuel and stocking. When needed, management provided excellent support. A large portion of the coworkers were friendly and fun to work with. The constant need to cover shifts was the most difficult aspect of the job. Fun But Hard Work
It was just a short-term summer job. was very taxing, and it was frequently hot and muggy Lots of lifting Management wasn’t very reliable. The frequent presence of management personnel from other locations in the warehouse where I was working confused the chain of command.

Management At The Business Was Subpar
I liked the work, but I didn’t like that I wasn’t getting paid for the hours I put in. I like having a lot of work and being able to stay busy. It was fun as well.
